- Pros
- IDC is a truly professional company, rare to find in the UAE. Their consultants are real experts in their field, full with competence & the willingness to share their skills with customers and have the ability to communicate complex technical matters to senior management (customer side) in an understandable manner.
- Cons
- IDC are expensive when compared with other local Microsoft partners. However, having used other Microsoft partners in the past, IDC are worth the investment due to their professionalism and competence.
- Additional Comments
- IDC is a pleasant partner to work with. Their technical consultants are extremely competent and have a rare talent - to pass on their knowledge to their customer. This is rare in the UAE. Another big plus is that IDC insisted on highlighting all challenges and shortcomings of the Office365 experience. With that we were able to manage expectations internally. Again this openeness is not common in the UAE. I can recommend IDC to anyone who has a need for a competent Microsoft partner, especially when it comes to Office365 / Exchange.

- IDC is very professional in their dealings with their clients. They aim to please. They were always able to try and get us the right resource to help us succeeed in our project, program needs.

- So far I don't have much negatives. Maybe can get more competitive on pricing.

- IDC are a very compitent team of profesionals who understand the Microsoft stack very well and don't compromise on quality. Also the project implementation runs very smoothly with little surprises. This is very uncommon for the region.

- The pricing is slightly above the market to ensure quality of the deliverables.

- I highly recommend working with IDC on all Microsoft Products. They have setup a different standards for rolling out Microsoft projects that was lacking in the region for a long time.
