DocumentsCorePack enables users to manage documents associated with CRM – records in a comfortable and structured way. Additional utilities simplify and improve the use of MS CRM and optimize business processes like generating complex quotes and sending them as PDF or Word-document.

DocumentsCorePack enables the creation of Word-Documents with data from MS CRM. It is possible to resolve complex relationships and therefore the addon provides the opportunity to e.g. create quotes, invoices etc. including data from related records like "other contacts”, accounts, products etc.
- Office Open XML (DocX)
With DocX, a new technique for creating templates has been implemented. It provides several advantages like the automated creation of tables and an easy insertion of other documents or pictures from CRM. Additional features allow to insert HTML and QR-code into the document and merge it with CRM-data. The “Insert Advanced String-Field”-functionality allows to combine multiple fields into a single control. “Computed Fields” allow basic arithmetical operations based on CRM number and money-fields.
- The “Create Document” button
A mailmerge can be started via a “Create Document” button in the CRM toolbar. New features allow to completely automate the mailmerge and activity-creation process. Hence, users just have to open the CRM record and click on the mailmerge-button.
- DocumentsCorePack enables users to create letter-, e-mail- or fax-activities with the generated document as an attachment.
- Send as PDF, XPS, Doc, DocX, ODT
DocumentsCorePack provides the possibility to convert the generated documents into the listed file formats and to send them afterwards to customers or partners.
- Bulk-merge functionality for DocX templates
This functionality allows to generate and store multiple documents into a single mailmerge process. Additionally, the wizard provides several options like combining documents, printing them or generating activities
- Document Management
With the possibility to link DCP to the CRM-SharePoint integration, users are able to store generated documents in a structured way. The documents are automatically stored in specific folders related to the CRM records that were used in the merge-process.
- DocumentsCorePack can be used without any restrictions in CRM offline mode.
