We have developed application for our clients that are hosted internally, hosted on Microsoft's Cloud and we have developed a Webpage front end for CRM solution hosted in a data centre located in Sydney.
The CRM Web Portal allows members of the general public to register online, order products and request onsite assistance.
The system records all the products and services that are ordered and allows for reports from field technicians to be added to the CRM record.
The CRM solution was customised to use CRM Dialogue Scripts, to automate the collection of the member's details by outbound telemarketers, the ordering of supplies, booking field service visits and the creation of the CRM account records.
CRM Hosted Solution has not been reviewed by any customers.
