The SDS Customer Service HelpDesk module helps you to efficiently manage responses to requests for assistance within an organisation. It provides information on outstanding requests at your fingertips, using colour codes to indicate the status of each request. Documents can easily be entered including emails, pictures, spreadsheets and letters.
Times can be entered against each request together with a description of the work performed. An online facility exists allowing Customers to carry out a dialogue over the internet in relation to each request.
