- Services list bill customer, for service, either per hour or at fixed rate.
- Manage cases with remote, onsite and workshop jobs (customized CRM activities)
- Billing and invoicing
- Integrated with QuickBooks
- Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) Sync with N-able, GFI-Max, Lab-tech and Kaseya. Sync incidents from RMM with Cases in CRM, create and update Devices in CRM based on discovered Devices in CRM
