Pros
Correct Solutions are also friendly and helpful. They have a good knowledge and always seem to have an answer to the problems that we have. I would rate them highly on their technical knowledge and customer service.

Pros
The team at Correct Solutions are invaluable. Their support staff are attentive, polite and above all experienced in all aspects of our IT requirements. What I love about them is that they are not afraid to say 'I don't know why that is happening.... but I will talk to one of my colleagues and we will find a resolution'. Their level of communication is excellent. We are always aware of the status of an issue and rarely have to follow up on something left unresolved. A great team of great people who I would have no hesitation in recommending.

There is nothing I can think of right now.

Pros
Correct Solutions are easy to deal with and are generally quick to respond to any problem that we have. They have very knowledgeable people who are readily available to deal with any problem that may come up.

Pros
Through meeting Correct Solutions at the NSW SMBiT Professionals Association (founded by the management of Correct), my company, Moore Technology, worked on a number of projects together with the team at Correct. They worked as our "Upstream IT provider" which essentially meant that if we didn't have the internal resources to handle a project, we brought in the Correct Solutions team to assist us and work alongside us. We worked on varied projects such as a Hyper-V infrastructure roll out all the way to having Correct assist our team when I was on holidays. After realising the need for consolidation and stronger partnerships in the rapid changing IT environment, I made the decision in late 2010, to not work in competition with Correct Solutions, but instead to join them. The start of 2011 saw the acquisition of Moore Technology Pty Ltd by Correct Solutions and the transfer of all our clients and staff across to Correct Solutions.
