Pros
IComm were professional, effective and obviously technically very capable. I received responsiveness and sound technical competence with my Lync Voice project. The "end to end" understanding of not only my Voice solution needs and requirements but also of my business operations, support and process requirements was fantastic. I found Icomm great value for money as I obtained high level capability from the outset of my project. From scoping to the Post Implementation Review IComms project management and delivery were everything I have always desired - the standard from IComm set a new benchmark for my expectation of other Microsoft partners (of which many struggle incidentally). Thankyou IComm

Nothing comes to mind at all.

I would highly recommend anyone considering Lync to engage with IComm and form your own opinion....you won't be dissapointed you did.

Pros
Icomm has a great understanding of Lync and UC in general. They quickly understood what we were trying to achieve by going down the UC path and were able to provide a solution that best fit with our organisation. Their staff have outstanding knowledge of the products and are technically excellent when working across a number of hardware and software platforms. Projects are run efficiently and professionally and I would recommend their team to anyone interested in Lync and UC.
Cons
The only complaint (if considered such) is getting access to engineers on short notice outside the project timing. This is not a real negative because during project delivery, you have access to everyone all the time.

Pros
Icomm's analysis and documentation was excellent. The regular meetings and timeline updates were very reassuring especially when we were challenged with some difficult situations. The Staff from Sales through Project Management and Technical have been thoroughly professional and more than accommodating.
Cons
The project ran over time, however due to the complexity this is understandable.

Pros
Icomm's presentation to us was very clear and concise, they covered all the bases of requirements and then some. We are very happy with how the project has been run with regular meetings and constant updates regarding the progress of the Lync project roll out. They have been very accommodating in regards to our requirements and we have certainly tested their technical staff with some very unique situations and they haven’t let us down.
Cons
Honestly from my point of view, I can’t think of anything that I am unhappy with in regards to our interactions with Icomm.

Pros
The expertise that the company can provide over a various ICT solutions comprising both hardware and requirements. They also have the knowledge to interlink all relevant systems which is imperative for solutions to work in any ICT driven company
Cons
Timelines sometimes not adhered to with some projects. Most of the time this is due to suppliers not delivering goods on time. In Icomm's defence, they do go above and beyond to solve these issues even if it means installing temporary solutions to keep services going.
