Pros
I am impressed with Olikka's attitude. They are flexible, professional, driven and they actually delivered. Overall really good to work with and a quite a change from some other vendors.
Cons
I don't usually review companies, so there's nothing I didn't like.

Pros
Very responsive all the way from the sales guys to the technical team who came onsite. They were the only organisation who could successfully implement System Center Operations Manager, Orchestrator and Service Manager in my environment and get it all working perfectly together. Very Impressed! Great work guys!

Pros
The olikka consultant was excellent. He really knew his stuff, but more importantly he knew how to extract from us the right information so that he could design (and explain) a solution that was perfect for our requirements. The project was very smooth. The build and initial rollout happened almost without a hitch, and my team received good information and training from the Olikka team and are finalizing the deployment themselves without many issues. I'm amazed at how well Olikka integrate the Microsoft (config manager) and citrix (xenDesktop) products - their understanding of both technologies makes them quite a unique system integrator (and I've worked with a few!)
Cons
They made me feel like I'd wasted time and money with some other integrators in the past.. no seriously, there wasn't much I didn't like. I just wish they did lync and exchange as well.

Pros
Professional, responsive and honest. Olikka are always a pleasure to deal with, and treat me like a partner rather than a customer. They really value relationships, and they have the best, highly skilled people in their team.

Pros
Olikka demonstrated a level of knowledge with System Center that I have yet to see from any integrator. They completed my project on time and on budget and I found their honest no nonsense approach to be very refreshing.
Cons
I didn't know about them earlier.
