Pros
Total CRM gave us the best solution for our company. Our package was very tailored by Total CRM to suit our individual needs. What was very pleasing was the fact that Total CRM would give us options and choices which suited our budget. Our system is a work in progress and Total CRM always meet our needs.

I do not have any dislikes at this stage

A smooth implementation.

Pros
Prompt and knowledgeable support from the team at TotalCRM helped us evaluate, develop, and implement a CRM solution which met the needs of our organisation. The project was deployed on time and on budget. TotalCRM understand the Microsoft environment well (including licensing) which made implementation decisions much more straight forward.

Pros
The Team at Total CRM are on the ball and happy to help and offer support and advice where needed. Their professional attitude and product knowledge is second to none. The customisations that they provided for our company is great.

Pros
Alex has a wealth of knowledge and was able to take our business needs and adapt the very capable platform to deliver dependable results.
Cons
We were confused by the many options the Dynamics platform presented initially. Alex was able to work through the options and teach us many new skills. We are very thankful for his dedication.

Amazing Support

Pros
Its easy to use and teach other people how to use. It has loads of features
Cons
Some of the back end programming can be complicated and hard to get your head around.

Simon and his team are wonderful and very helpful, I can have great confidence that the CRM will and do help when called upon, they have a great knowledge of the CRM and can explain it in simple terms, they are prompt and professional, I enjoy them being part of my CRM journey.
