Comcity helped us decide which solutions and products were best for our IT environment and business operations. They deployed all solutions with expertise and ease. We didn’t have to worry about anything. The solutions they implemented have helped us reduce our operations costs and improve efficiency and productivity therefore increasing profits.

Cons

Initially we thought the pricing seemed high, however after seeing all the work that was done and our ROI improve, we see that is definitely worth it.

Pros

Their customer service and one-on-one technical support both from our account manger and the service desk technical team means there is always someone who is familiar with our IT environment to respond to any issues we may have.

Cons

Based on our experience to date, nothing negative comes to mind.

Pros

The best thing about working with Comcity is they offer the whole package; not only did they implement our effective SharePoint and Exchange solutions but they also hosted them for us too. Other providers we checked out only offered one or the other, with Comcity we didn’t have to worry, they took care of everything.

Pros

It is clear that the Comcity team have lots of experience in both technology and customer service. They took care of everything, we didn’t have to worry about anything. They always answered our in enquiries promptly, a real pleasure to deal with.

Cons

Nothing. Given the opportunity I would be happy to work with the Comcity team again.

Pros

When we came on board with Comcity we knew we needed help with our IT systems but had no idea where to start; their team were really helpful and supportive. They took the time not only to evaluate our current IT structure and environment but also examine our future business goals to see where we could use our IT systems to help us improve our business processes and grow.

Cons

When researching other IT services companies we found some others to be slightly cheaper but I think Comcity's service quality and dedication is well worth it.

Pros

Comcity have always been very professional in all my dealings, Staff are great, pricing is ok for some services however the quality from the support is fantastic

Cons

Sometimes pricing is a little cheaper on sale at retail shops, but paying a small amount extra for the convenience wins hands down

I have recommended Comcity to the new company I am working at and hopefully they will take us on board, as their services enable our business above and beyond all my expectations
