We have used the services of Dilignet for their expertise in System Centre Products and Training for many years and they have been nothing less than outstanding. Our business relationship extends earlier than the inception of the company as far back as 2005. The technical staff are experts in their fields and breadth of their experience ensures that the end product is exactly what was requested due to their meticulous design and planning. Knowledge transfer to the end user is excellent enabling the customer to step up to the new technology in the shortest amount of time and hit the ground running. I have no problems with recommending their services for customers who are contemplating upgrading or installing the technologies that Dilignet are experts in.

Pros

We have always found Bob and the team great to work with. Along with their excellent product knowledge and expertise it is their flexibility around tailoring their work to our needs we appreciate most.

Pros

What is not to like? They managed our project perfectly end-to-end. Smart, responsive, knowledgeable...the list is long. I will recommend Dilignet whenever the opportunity arises as their services are impeccable.

Pros

There's a lot to like here. They are very responsive to questions or statements of work. They are extremely knowledgeable and offer expertise following best practices and standards. My experience with their system implementations has always been of the highest caliber and I always choose Dilignet for Microsoft systems.

Cons

I don't work for them.

I recommend Dilignet to any of my non-UTAS associates that I know when they are requiring Microsoft expertise, it's as simple as that.

Pros

Peter and Bob always delivered exactly what they promised when they promised it. Their thorough approach to scoping the project meant that the delivery was assured to be a success.
