Dynamics NAV Implementation

- * Implementation consultants' in-depth knowledge of Dynamics NAV, and how to tailor it for specific outcomes * Implementation consultants' understanding and experience of financial and warehousing issues in import/distribution * Implementation methodology manages implementation risks well
- Cons
- If anything, I suspect Hands-on is more expensive than other Microsoft partners - Looking back, I think the implementation may have been completed for less financial expense, but I also see that the risk of implementation failure would have been greater. Swings and round-a-bouts!

- The only thing probably relates to the fact this was my first major ERP implementation. Although I was told in the sales process that I needed to dedicate a fair bit of time to data cleansing, I didn't realise how long this would take. Obviously I needed to dedicate significant time to a number of other areas (requirements analysis, project meetings, testing, training of some other users), but these commitments were close to as I had expected before signing up to NAV and Hands-on.
