We run a manufacturing business employing over 50 staff across 3 sites. Our IT systems are the bloodline of the business – when they go down, everything stops. We were tiered of our old IT guy giving us excuses why he couldn’t fix our issues without a reasonable time frame. We then found ITswitch who offered us a complete IT solution and a service level agreement clearly stating the type of service they provide. We have been using ITswitch for just over 12 months now, and still can’t believe the difference is quality of service we are receiving from them. There helpdesk provide us with instant over the phone support, and if we ever have to call them into office for support they send us the same technician almost every time who arrives quickly, on time and gets the job down without too many hassles. We are currently in the process of overhauling our systems with ITswitch.. very much looking forward to the efficiencies the new system will bring to our business!

Pros

My gaming system failed to boot up the other day. I was quite worried as I afraid I might need to restart my game all over again. I sent my pc to ITSWITCH as someone from Whirlpool had recommended them. I’m really happy with their service as they’ve managed to recover my data, profile and everything back to the usual state. To my surprise, they’ve even dusted my system, I use to have dust all over my motherboard, fans etc.

None that I know of.

Pros

I know nothing about IT expect when my server is down we can't operate. Recently we had some issues with our email server and I rang around and found ITswitch had the right skills and were able to come out and fix my issues quickly. They also were great at following up with me to devise a long term IT stratergy for my business so now i don't worry about my IT as i know ITswitch have taken the responsibility of it.

Nothing. I believe they were very professional and suit my business well.

Pros

Fast and reliable. After a catastrophic server crash recently, I was ready to make the switch to the Apple platform. During my discussions with IT Switch in an attempt to recover lost data and bring my organisation back on-line, they provided me with helpful and informed advice and assisted me in building not only new, reliable hardware systems to support my business but implemented assurance and redundancy processes to ensure the safety, integrity and quality of my information. I have not looked back since and my close personal relationship with IT Switch is to date one of my organisations greatest assets.

Absolutely nothing. Paramount to the success of my business is the success of my partnerships and IT Switch has certainly performed its role as an outsourced IT consultancy group.
