- Pros
- The XMPro process has substantially increased my productivity as I do not need to open many forms to do the task and also the product gives great analyticall information. Further the Grids allow me to slice and dice the information in many aspects and it is really helpful to understand the data that is represented.

- This is a hard one. Really like all the features of the product and the support from the support team.

- Innovative platform which allows the management of ‘unstructured’ processes through its unique technology offering. Excellent decision support through 'next best step'. Excellent Case Management, Workflow, Document Management, BI & predictice analytics as well as Social Collaboration solutions.

- XMPro is at the forefront of BI technologies. It allows the scatted business activities formulated into a disciplined workflow, it is a great solution to increase workplace productivity.

- Devil is all in the details, It'd gain more popularity if it improves XMPro designer's subtle "user friendliness", such as more keyboard shortcuts, default views in designer etc ...

- Easy to create and configure your processes using the standard web form. The web application is a simple next->next setup wizard. Notifications and Escalations are taken care of in the XMPro engine.
