~ Single point of contact - Centralised help desk support;
~ Continuous system maintenance including automated centralised monitoring of client’s servers that are located on client’s premises;
~ Remote support feature remote problem determination and resolution of desktop related problems that individual users may experience;
~ Regular ICT Infrastructure;
~ Offsite storage of backup tapes; in the event of an emergency or disaster; and
~ Hosting and Email services.
