Generation-e’s Premier Support for Microsoft Lync program provides Microsoft certified support for Microsoft Lync customers Australia wide. The program offers voice support for Lync customers similar to other PBX customer offerings, as well as provides assistance with third party technologies associated with Lync.

Generation-e Premier Support for Microsoft Lync maximizes the value of Lync investments by helping organizations maintain and deliver peak performance of their enterprise Lync solution. Generation-e will serve as the single point of contact for assistance with Lync issues for instant messenger, desktop sharing, conferencing and video throughout the enterprise.

Extending on Generation-e’s investment in Microsoft Certified Masters, the Premier Support program is available only to those who have passed a grilling level of accreditation and review. Generation-e’s 7x24 Service Desk, field resources and our solutions consulting team all came together to meet the demanding requirements of Microsoft to participate in this program

Generation-e Premier Support for Microsoft Lync customers get product troubleshooting and resolution management as well as access to Generation-e's case management system. Generation-e delivers Microsoft Lync support nationwide and with direct access to Microsoft for engineering and product related issues. With the ultimate goal of end to end support for Lync voice infrastructure, the Generation-e Premier Support for Microsoft Lync team is comprised of extensively trained and tested experts certified by Microsoft.
