Readify .NET Application Support Service
Readify's .NET Application Support Service exists to give our clients an alternative to traditional warm body only support models which focus only on providing 'people' where tools and processes are also required to increase the lifespan of applications.
Our Application Support Service leverages our initial triage and case management processes at Readify to identify the severity and the relative priority of issues and route them to our sustained engineering team for investigation and remediation.
The Application Support Service team is augmented with tools selected from Microsoft's ALM platform which ensures that the team can quickly reproduce issues in dedicated virtual lab environments, and if necessary develop fixes and release new versions of software.
When you engage a Readify Support team you will benefit from having the full resources of Readify at your disposal, including our hosted development infrastructure. This minimises the up-front capital expenditure often associated with the support and ongoing sustained engineering of software products.
