Ensured legal compliance by making sure that all required documents are associated with an individual property.
Improved the accuracy of records
Direct savings of approx AUD$10,000 per year by handing over responsibility for servers, storage, backups, security
and upgrades to a Microsoft hosted service provider as well as providing improved data security and a backup service.
It eliminated the need for an onsite server
There is also potential savings of approximately AUD$25,000 to AUD$30,000 per new salesperson as no additional office space and infrastructure will be needed.
