Pros: Solutionware, being a small-medium business, in it's own right, understands the needs of small business and responds in a timely manner knowing that standby facilities are often not avaiable as they may be in big business. With solutionware our downtime is minimal.
Cons: In my experience dealing with Solutionware there is nothing un-likeable
Additional Comments: A good company to deal with having polite responsive staff and a profesional focus on the needs of customers.

Pros: They are always on time and resolve anything and everything. They also service all our offices accross Australia. I would say they are a perfect IT Support Company.

Pros: Pleasant to deal with. Easy to contact the person required when assistance needed.
Cons: No bad experiences to report on.
