With 4PLAN HR you can generate a planning system covering staff, headcount and/or positions based on information uploaded from the payroll system, time management system and HR database.
You can also take into account (current and proposed ) collective wage agreements, wage tables, tax, pension and National Insurance contributions, holiday pay, maternity pay, profit related pay and bonus payments. You will be able to make any modifications to data at an individual employee level, groups of employees, cost centre and organisational level in the system and plan vacancies and transfers using simple mouse clicks and commands. The system is geared to be able to process data relating to hundreds or thousands of employees in a fast and effective manner.
Various planning scenarios can be compared visually against past, current and budgeted scenarios so that users can quickly identify any variances, investigate further and take the necessary actions.
