Application Description
The Kelverion Integration for Service-now.com extends the System Center 2012 Orchestrator and Opalis solution capability to integrate, automate and orchestrate the service-now.com application. This application installs as a standard Integration Pack and provides pre-built objects to create, get, update and delete service-now.com records.
The pack delivers a range of re-usable objects to automate IT-Functions such as:
Service Desk - create service records from a wide range of enterprise management tools or custom sources.
Monitor Service Records – monitor for new or changed service records to automate the diagnostic/remediation process.
Configuration Management – to initiate automated changes and transform and populate Service-now.com data into CMDBs or Asset Systems.
The following activites are provided:
Create Record – object dynamically creates new Service-now.com records using standard or customized Service-now.com forms.
Get Record – object returns records meeting specific filter conditions
Update Record – object updates specific records
Delete Record – object deletes specific records
Upload Attachment – object uploads attachment to Service-now.com record
Objects subscribe and publish data to the Orchestrator (Opalis) databus.
