Application Description
Blue is a 100% web based software available in both an ASP or fully integrated information gathering and analysis solution. Blue can synchronize with an organization's existing IT infrastructure, leveraging its information and authentication base.
Blue currently includes the following modules:
1. Blue/Feedback is a centralized tool which is available through the web to all departments within an organization with needs to disseminate, collect and analyze feedback (surveys, forms ...)
2. Blue/360 automates the process of implementing 360 degree feedback or any other type of multi rater assessments within and organization
3. Blue/Assessment simplifies the measurement and analysis knowledge, attitudes, or opinions (exams, psychological tests, business intelligence ...)
