Application Description
Microsoft Dynamics CRM has as one of its major advantages its powerful features and workflow automation. This product expands upon the features available, calculating working days, operations using date and time, searching for values in external entities, among other features available for use within any workflows.
Available features:
>> Calculation involving Date and Time: Sum, difference, etc.;
>> Calculation of Business Days: native CRM holiday calendar and options for weekends;
>> Calculation of Business Hours: each team has defined their work hours for calculations;
>> Sending Hyperlinks in E-mails: Forms can cite their own GUID;
>> Arithmetic Functions: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, exponentiation;
>> Auto Sharing Records;
>> GetValues: Get values from related entities and manipulate them within the workflow;
>> Text Concatenation;
>> Updating Dynamic picklists: use cascading effect related to picklists between two entities.
