Collabware CLM for Sharepoint - Enterprise Content Lifecycle Management and Records Management

Pros

Very robust software. Greatly simplified the implementation of SharePoint for records management following a standard records management classification system for local government. Excellent tools for setting up team sites, workflows to integrate the documents in the team sites with the Records Management component and setting up the search.

The company is committed to providing the functionality we require. Very helpful and skilled staff who quickly respond to comments, questions and/or concerns. In 2008/2009 we tried to implement a SharePoint solution for electronic document management and records management. This implementation was a failure for a number of reasons but mainly because the 3rd party SharePoint solution we purchased was not robust enough to capture the entire records management classification system we wanted to use. The Collabware software can handle this classification system with ease and I am confident this Collabware implementation will be a success.
