Diamond Municipal Solutions is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and leader in delivering Microsoft-based financial, revenue and work management solutions for local government. Our solutions are standardized on Microsoft Dynamics GP technologies and used by over 200 municipalities and utilities throughout Canada and the U.S. Diamond’s Service Manager solution records requests for service fro both the public and internal staff. Service requests can be assigned to staff as work orders, and record transaction costs from Work Manager.
