Jet Reports is a powerful Excel based reporting add-in for Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Working in Excel; users are able to design and build their own reports to retrieve the information they need, when they need it. Jet Reports allows users to track information in real-time including sales figures, quotas, inventory, market shifts, trends, and performance.

Open Door Technology has been using, selling, implementing, and supporting Jet Reports since 2002. In that time our staff have achieved multiple certifications from Jet Reports including Jet Certified Professionals and Jet Certified Trainers.
Open Door offers training services for all versions of Jet Reports including Jet 7, 2009, Jet 2010, Jet 2010 R2 and Jet Enterprise BI.

Users can be trained in Open Door’s in-house training lab where they have hands-on access to Jet Reports or they can follow along over the web during sessions streamed live to anywhere in the world. Training sessions can be conducted on customer specific data as well, allowing trainees to practice building reports with figures and scenarios relevant to their industry and job description.

Training classes for users range from beginners, intermediate, and all the way up to advanced.
