LS Retail NAV is an end-to-end solution built on Microsoft Dynamics NAV with a full range of functionality to support all aspects of a retail business from the chain management at head office, store management and multi-channel operations through to the POS in store.
LS Retail creates and integrates data and information directly from the POS and from across all divisions of an organization and helps you discover trends and patterns in consumer behaviour, which helps you make more profitable decisions. This also means that users have access to other parts of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV application, such as Finance, CRM, Warehousing and Service and users need only become familiar with one interface and the same logic applies to usage at all levels.
The LS Point of Sale (POS) is an integral part of LS Retail and can work online and with unique integrated replication tools it can also work offline for optimal resilience with the online benefits in place at all times. This architecture makes LS Retail very scalable – both technically and economically – from 10 POS up to 1000 POS.
What makes this solution unique is the end to end solution on the same platform. We have not seen any other ERP solution with a state of the art POS being a part of an ERP Solution.

An important new feature in LS Retail NAV 2013 is the more customer-centric focus of the solution, with mobile loyalty, loyalty portal and e-Commerce. With these tools in the arsenal, the retailer decreases the risk of customers going to the competitor by forming a more personal relationship with them through a fully integrated loyalty program.
