Process Logic extends Microsoft Dynamics GP in areas important to Manufacturers and/or Distributors selling product to the Retail, Grocery, Pharmacy, Sports and Home Improvement chains.

Sales.Logic - a comprehensive Sales Allowance & Deduction Management system. It addresses the typical demand from chain stores that the supplier provide a variety of Pricing and Promotion Allowances and Deductions. Contracts detail the customer’s item specific Price Adjustments, Promotions, Allowances plus effective dates. During SOP entry the prices are adjusted and accruals are made for expected Remittance deductions. A complete Remittance Deduction process matches deductions to Sales and includes research and approval functionality.

B2B.Logic - an inexpensive, easy to implement and easy to use EDI integration. The user has total control of all EDI processes from within Microsoft Dynamics GP. Combined with Sales.Logic, EDI Allowances & Charges are totally integrated into SOP. The module integrates with outsourced EDI services, such as SPS Commerce. This simplifies the EDI process and also provides high quality mapping and communications backed by 24-7 support.

Plan.Logic - a sales Planning and Budgeting module.  It fully integrates with Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory along with Sales.Logic and Process.Logic. Create multiple planning scenarios based on the user selection of customers, items and dates. Integrate with Sales for performance analysis and combine with Process.Logic for production planning.

Process.Logic - a Production Costing module for simpler production environments and/or for processes producing multiple outputs. Define Bills of Materials / Recipes for recurring use or simply enter a Process in free form mode. The module integrates with Inventory, Purchasing and Sales to provide expanded Lot Tracking functionality for compliance with government regulations.
