SNMPv3 Master Agent Service for Windows

Pros

Offers many advanced options to allow a highly customizable agent configuration. Option to use a configuration file to allow some settings to be dynamic based server settings to help with deployment. Is capable of silent installs. Has an easy to use GUI with an exporting settings ability to help with deployment. Supports adding subagents which allowed us to load a Dell agent to monitor server hardware.

Cons

Initially took a few minutes to understand all of the UI, but after working with it, the layout makes sense. Also wasn't the easiest to deploy, but compared to other agents, it was one of the better ones.

Additional Comments

There was a few issues with the agent in our environment, but NuDesign were quick to resolve all issues even when some weren't their fault. It was a pleasure working with their support as I have never dealt with such fast and helpful people before.
