- Softchoice is great. They are so knowledgeable about Microsoft products and licensing - especially the cloud and the new Office 365 suite. My rep Kevin was terrific. He always keeps us current and if he doesn't know the answer - he finds out and gets back to us.

Great office 365 Assessment

- At first we weren’t sure if the cloud was right for us. Softchoice stepped in and helped us. With the deep understanding of our inventory and usage, they were able to illustrate where Office 365 would fit. We made the switch and it has saved us money, ensuring we are using the software we need, when we need it.

- I wanted to take this opportunity to Thank Softchoice again for spending time with our organization and for their willingness to continue to try & educate me on all of the nuances of our agreements, navigating the MS site and working through activating our benefits under our various MS agreements. Their Licensing team is very patient and knowledgeable!

Great Customer Service

- Today I received an email from my Soft Choice rep and that reminded me that I have yet to point out how awesome my experience has been with this company. The email was regarding a critical issue alert issued by Microsoft that we had yet to hear about from Microsoft themselves. What a save! This is why we call Softchoice rather than Dell or Zones for any of our software needs. Even though I work for a small company, I have an account manager at Softchoice who emails me with awesome *free* brunch/lunch seminars that are actually relevant to our office's IT needs. They answer the phone within 2 rings (yes, a REAL person from the NW) and have specialists who can figure out what exactly it is you need to buy. Our company appreciates the attention and quality customer service we receive, it makes my job much easier. Sometimes the prices are a few dollars more than larger companies, but for the most part they are competitive. Also, when you think about the time you save simply by not
