Infront Consulting Group works with development and operations groups (DevOps) in customer organizations to help them integrate work items in Team Foundation Server (TFS) with incidents in System Center Service Manager.
Avoid duplicate data entry in TFS and an incident management or ticketing system with TFS and Service Manager (SCSM) integration. Infront can help you to implement bi-directional communications between TFS and SCSM. This will allow for a work item or bug opened in TFS to automatically open an incident in Service Manager and when the work item is closed in TFS, close the associated incident in Service Manager. Alternatively, if change are made to the incident in Service Manager, the work item can be updated in TFS and when the incident in SCSM is closed, it will be closed in TFS.
