Description

This application is used by our customer to provide corporate brand protection services based upon data mined from the Internet. Through our software solution, our customer is able to offer its customers high-quality, actionable incident reports that include details of link errors or infractions, lapses in web site availability, misrepresentations of brand affiliation, scatological references to a client’s brands, as well as other online material that might cast a client or a product in a negative light.

Our solution uses sophisticated proprietary technology to automate the collection of relevant data that is essential for delivering a valuable service. Depending upon the nature of the data, we augment that relevancy scoring with a person-assisted categorization process that allows us to target the data more precisely. The final results are disseminated through a portal, through automatically-generated Word documents, or through automated e-mail messages, depending upon the content and intended audience.
