Infront Consulting Group has experience working with large telecommunication companies that are in the process of implementing Microsoft MediaRoom (IPTV). Microsoft System Center is included as part of the Microsoft MediaRoom purchase by a Telco. The System Center suite of applications are included to allow the Telco to manage the MediaRoom implementation and report on system and service availability as well as deploy patches and monitor for system configuration changes however it is uncommon for either the Telco team or the Microsoft MediaRoom team to have System Center skills and experience to successfully implement, deploy and configure the System Center tools.

Infront Consulting Group is a firm that specializes in System Center and can assist in the configuration and internal knowledge transfer required to get System Center functioning. Infront Consulting Group can provide expertise in the configuration of both System Center Operations Manager and System Center Configuration Manager.

Significant tuning and post installation configuration is required with SCOM due to the unique application requirements of MediaRoom (IPTV). Infront can also assist in the integration of Operations Manager with a ticketing system that provides bi-directional communications.
