Description

Softchoice offers a full spectrum of integrated Marketing programs designed to raise awareness, influence purchasing decisions, and drive business. We took our expertise in developing these effective Marketing programs, and created a multi-tiered solution campaign to target the Small and Medium business segment to drive new revenue growth.  The "OPEN" Up the SMB Market campaign was designed to accomplish the following key objectives in order to meet our targets: increase awareness and demand for specific products and licensing programs by way of Microsoft/Softchoice co-branded eMarketing activities, provide Sales training and incentives to support awareness initiatives, offer effective value-add customer promotions to assist in closing the sale. In order to increase awareness and generate demand, we leverage our database of customers and prospects to create personalized communications to promote the Softchoice brand and the associated products and services. In order to provide proper training to our Outbound and Telesales organizations on new products and licensing solutions, we have multiple teleconference calls to allow for region-specific messaging, after the training, reps return to the phones to relay messaging directly to customers. When designing customer incentives, our Vendor Account Managers do the proper profiling and analysis to gain insight into common challenges and requirements our customers have in a specific segment, in order to develop a promotion that will assist in their buying consideration phase. Combining all these elements into our SMB Marketing campaign, we are able to create an end to end Marketing solution to reach new customers and increase Microsoft penetration in the Small and Medium business segment.
