ALVAO Service Desk brings a system to the work of your IT department. By means of the helpdesk you can easily create a request for the IT or another service department and monitor the procedure of its solution. It enables monitoring whether the technicians solve the problems in a timely manner and effectively, the time they spend on the solution of one problem and which problems are not solved. The system ALVAO Service Desk is developed according to the ISO/IEC 20000 standards and the recommendations of ITIL. In combination with the systems ALVAO Asset Management and ALVAO Monitoring, it in fact represents a complex solution for an IT department of a company. ALVAO Service Desk is a necessary tool for the management of an IT department.
