Activity Summary helps all Microsoft CRM users to work faster and more productively when reviewing the Activity list on a record.
It’s great that you can store and track all the interactions you have with your Contacts, Accounts, etc. but in order to see the notes associated with those activities, it means clicking on each individual activity and opening it up. Activity Summary solves this issue by providing a single scrolling view of all the activities including the notes that have been stored.
You can also filter to the specific activity types in order to focus on, say, just the Email interactions, and furthermore you can define data ranges for whatever activities you are reviewing on that record.
