Application Description
CloudCall Click for Outlook allows you to make phone calls directly from an email or an Outlook contact. Calls are automatically recorded and placed inside your email folder allowing you easy access and replay of your previous call conversations.
Our solution can also make call notes which will be stored together with your call recording and uploaded to the central portal and synchronized to other CloudCall Click or CloudCall API CRM integrations.
CloudCall Click for Outlook gives the user full conferencing functionality from their most used email software. Up to 50 users can be present on an Outlook Conference call, allowing your business to make quick and easy phone calls with multiple participants. All calls are recorded and are available as WAV files from within your Microsoft Outlook.
