Possibility to mix and match offers for groups of shops or products (offers such as - Double points if you buy before Friday). Win and redeem points within any shop within multivendor scheme.
- Easy execution: Central customer relationship management system that allows elaborate filtering and segmentation. Target point or cash rewards to customers in real time (10% discount for students). Analysis of total points that are not redeemed at any given moment for financial planning and tracking. Loyalty points expiry dates.
- Customer Portal: Option to develop customer portal with personalised content, games, social media integration and more. Offer an online log-in portal for your customers and they can view loyalty points reserves and buy products targeted for them.
