DocRead is very easy to use and makes regulation and compliance much easier

Pros
DocRead is on the face of it, extremely simple to use, however, it's very powerful underneath! With a few clicks we were able to upload our polices and distribute them to our staff. I also love the fact that you can target audiences, as this allowed us to send different types of policies to users in different regions / countries.
Cons
Good question! Not much really! I guess my only gripe - which I fed back to Collaboris, is to be able to develop my own reports.
Additional Comments
If you are an organisation that needs to stay compliant and have SharePoint, DocRead is well worth a look. I also found Collaboris extremely good on the support side too!
