Effective document management is an important consideration for companies of any size and from any industry. Companies receive a large amount of documents, on a regular basis, from a wide range of sources.

Dynamics Consultants have developed Document Receiving+ for Microsoft Dynamics NAV so that you can scan documents straight into NAV and link them to your records and transactions in NAV.
Using a copier or scanner, documents can be scanned and saved into NAV for later retrieval, export or emailing as attachments with Document Sending (e.g Drawings attached to a Purchase Order). Document retrieval is also simplified as users can search the contents of the scanned-in documents.
