Application Description
The Event dashboard for SCSM 2012 is a simple client built for Microsoft System Center Service Manager 2012 intended to be used in Service Desk operational centers to provide managers and service delivery personal with a quick high level overview about the service desk operations and current workload, the dashboard provides information about the following open activities:
- Incidents
- Problems
- Change requests
- Release requests
- Service requests
- Activities
- Projects
This dashboard helps managers understand the current workload and the size of the queue for each activity area under SCSM 2012.
New Features in version 1.3 include:
• Added “Affected Users” for both incidents and service requests.
• Added “Support Groups” for both incidents and service requests.
• Colors can be set by users.
• New team Progress tab.
•New watch List tab.
• New data retrieval options (Light Dataset and Full Dataset).
Event Dashboard for SCSM 2012 has not been reviewed by any customers.
