Green 4 Event Management is designed to simplify the process of booking onto an event. It reduces the administrative overhead of resource and capacity planning, takes care of payments and provides the customer with automated acknowledgement and event itinerary. It can achieve this because the booking process is largely automated. The Event Management module forms part of the overall CRM system, both details of the booking and the customer are recorded in the system.
