The Live Communication Server integrated telephony operator connects callers, handles messages and locates staff through one single communicator client, supported by intuitive icons, an extensive name directory, various messaging facilities, different queues and features such as break-in, do not disturb and camp-on-busy - without the need to change views or use separate clients on a PC-screen.
