Pros
The Integration pack does 'exactly what it says on the tin'. All functions within Service-Now seem to be covered, with the addition of being able to submit attachments into records. Any issues are always fixed very quickly by Kelverion.
Cons
It can occasionally force a crash of Opalis when downloading new table data
Additional Comments
The IP was quickly written, delivered and has excellent support from Kelverion and does everything we want from it.
