- options to review various related areas of CRM in summary via the Call Assistant, even if not logged into CRM
- intelligent call handling, an inbound call does not interrupt users current activity, they are notified of the potential caller details and are able to answer the call when ready
- the statistics of a call are automatically written into the system allowing use of Dashboards and reporting to analyse the telephone activity from within CRM.
