Great Product - It Makes CRM Work!

Pros
This product solved a big problem for me, allowing my support staff to take calls and get the informatrion of that call quickly into CRM with very little user input needed. Intelli-cti for CRM creates call history logs for all our calls and associates all calls against the customer contact with extra abilities to associate against cases which is perfect for us. The product was easy to install and deploy. we can now run reports against each customer and get real time dashboard information for calls for all customers giving us cost analysis per customer we just didnt have before.
