- Pros
- Knowledge Management Suite is a powerful and fairly easy to deploy solution in almost all of the environments. The auto-tagging feature is really very helpful in classifying a large number of documents automatically. The supporting web parts are really very effective in performing navigation and search based on terms and keywords.
- Cons
- The procedure to apply license is a bit technical. It should be applied from Central Administration.
- Additional Comments
- The product is really good. I recommend it for organizations who believe in effective Knowledge Management.
