- Pros
- Allows us to provide value to customers and demonstrate it. Easy to use portal technology so no config issues.
- Cons
- Having to wait for customers to complete the actual question sets being human reliant. However good we can see who has and has not completed regardless and build result sets on demand with as is data.

- Planwell has used Assessment Portal for some time. In addition to providing us with an online “maturity assessment” we have also used it as a tool to map our strategic engagement with key accounts. The collaborative nature of the Assessment process allows us to quickly gain clarity on where we should be focussing in the account and what is valued by the customer, creating a true strategic road map for ITSM . The ability to position this as a Strategic engagement has also assisted us getting further up the organisation hierarchy and engaging more as the “trusted advisor”
Through the use of the Assessment Portal tool we have boosted our sales pipeline and crystallised the account plans in each account, it helped us test and validate the account strategies and it has not been uncommon to add US$1M of good quality pipeline following an assessment. In many cases the report has become a strategic centrepiece for the CIO
