Project Server (EPM) in the Cloud

Pros

Functionality of the product is supberb with the effort made on understanding how the product would be utilised prior to implementation the installation and configuration was relatively straightforward. Where issues where identified with our infrastructure PF spent considerable time helping to diagnose and resolve our issues.

Cons

The training was geared towards understanding the complete system rather than more specific training for areas of the application that groups of users would be using i.e. training was needed for engineers that would only update tasks and timesheets whereas they recieved training on the whole system.

Additional Comments

Working with PF and the EPM product has been one of the smoothest implementations I've been involved in for 15 years. Would have, and in fact have already recommended, both the company and the product to a number of other companies. Currently looking at implementing the 2010 version which I'm sure will be just as smooth an implementation.
