- Pros
- The Solution was easy to deploy within CRM 2011, cheap and dose exactly what it said on the tin.
- Cons
- We had a choice of SMS gateway to use, additionally GAP Consultancy were able to develop their SMS solution to work with any SMS gateway on the market.
- Additional Comments
- SMS messages appear as an additional Activity and has the same characteristics as EMail, Phone letter and Fax.
